Woodstone at Massanutten, Casa de Campocheckout
Hello, is there a benefit to having points vs. trading power? We are thinking of buying a timeshare --Coconut Bay Resort in Fort Lauderdale...$4000 with 46,000. We have a Massanutten property in Virginia, but we can't seem to get what we want with our Trading Power. ( Woodstone Meadows).

Grandview Las Vegas and Discovery Beach Resort - Both in RCI Points
Woodstone and Summit at Massanutten - Both in RCI weeks used as Wyndham PICs
There is a big difference in the available inventory points owners see vs what weeks owners see. You would have to have a separate points account for this. Is there something about this particular resort that makes you want to own there? If your goal is to have points to use to go other places then you would be much better off saving that $4k and owning at Grandview Las Vegas. At the top of this forum you will see Timeshare Giveaways and Bargain Deals. There are a couple of good deals at Grandview listed.
