Evening,

Please can someone assist me. I have just received my MF invoice for Sheraton Vistana Resort Cascades Section. On my invoice is a charge 'SVN Membership Fee'. Now my understanding was that as I bought resale at a volountary resort I am not eligible for the SVN ie to trade internally with staroptions or starpoints or whatever. Now if this has been an error I do not want to bring it to their attention as I am happy to be a member or it may well be that it is a fee that I dont know about. Please can someone advise me.

Many thanks
Kelly:)

Hi Kelly,

I have both a Westin Kierland (SVN) and a Sheraton Desert Oasis (non SVN) week and just looking at my account invoices now; only Kierland has the $99 SVN Membership fee. So either its an error on your billing or WELCOME to the SVN network!! Give Starwood a call and see what you can figure out.

Happy New Year!!

An interesting dilemma....

Check mystarcentral and see if it shows that you have Staroptions. If it does, call up SVN and try to book a week using your Staroptions :D . If the agent tells you that you aren't in SVN, then you know to call Portfolio Services and have them correct your bill. If you aren't interested in being in SVN, then call and get it corrected. Report back!

You may be happy as a member, but it may not be worth it to find out after an SVN exchange that you can't.
