Hello TUGers,
I haven't been on the forum in many years. Getting on the forum to help a friend. Her Dad has three TS properties, but he doesn't use any of them. So, she is trying to figure out how to best use them, rent them, or sell them. One of the TSs is in Marco Island, FL 1st week of January and they are using that every year. I will post two separate posts seeking help on the other two.
For Quarter House, her Dad owns Haloween week each year. My guess is that means she owns a fixed week, fixed unit, but I don't know for sure. She has no idea how to use the TS, or how to rent it (e.g., where, TUG site, RedWeek, somewhere else?), or how to sell it (does the Quarter House take back units into their inventory?) Is there a good POC at the resort that I could contact to get additional answers?
Hoping some Quarter House owners can provide some help.
