My husband and I and another couple will be at Quarter House in May (our first trip there together). I am looking forward to seeing and doing as much as possible, and know "doing it all" is impossible!

What I am not sure about is how the unit at Quarter House is set up. We are confirmed into unit 427. I know it is a 2 bedroom 2 bath, and am sure it has all the normal timeshare amenities, but wonder about the privacy of us and our guests. We love them, but a little privacy is a good thing. Does anyone have any information?

I own a week in Unit 427.

As you enter, there is a hallway that leads to the living/dining area and partial kitchen. The MBR is the first door on the right in the hallway and has an attached bath. The next door on the right is the 2nd bath. The third door is the 2nd BR. So, to get from the 2nd BR to the 2nd BA, one must go out into the hallway for about five feet or so. All in all, it should be acceptable except for the most modest. (The very modest should probably not be sharing timeshare units.)

The bedrooms are "cozy" -- not a lot of space around the bed but with a closet and TV. The living area will seat four "friends" and the dining table seats six.

The living/dining area fronts on Rue Chartres and has several windows overlooking the street (which was closed for construction when we were there in late November). The structure across the street is the parking garage for the big Marriott hotel -- nothing scenic at all but better than some units that have only a skylight.

Thank you!

Thanks for the information on the unit! I think it will be just fine--we are great friends and all adults. :)

I am glad there are some windows--even a few will make it cheery. We are really looking forward to getting there in May!
