Purchased Resale SDO last July & today in the mail I received a invoice for MF's Fee's but can not access my account online

You might have seen the post where I purchased a resale SDO back in July of 2024 and starting in November I started reaching out to SDO and they had nothing in their system as me being an owner, after 12 phone calls, in todays mail I receive an invoice for my 2025 maintenance fees.

The invoice states to pay the fees online to go to www.vistana.com/dashboard. I have registered and put my account # that is on the invoice but I can not see where I can pay this online. To add insult to this whole mess, they are saying I'm late making this payment, I'm so frustrated with Vistana / Marriott right now...

@CalGalTraveler --- The last time I had an SDO account was 5 year's ago when I sold my old SDO. I have no other Marriott / Vistana accounts... I do not see anywhere on this site where I can pay the maintenance fees..

Can you tell me where you go to pay online your maintenance fees?

Hit dashboard button at top after you login then look 2/3 down the page for statements

Does your unit show on the dashboard? you may need to call them to link your deed to your account. Next to statements you should see a "What I own" button.

@CalGalTraveler , I think that is the problem, I do not see the Owner Association / Statements or What I own button. It prompted me to connect my ownership to my account which I did... I will call them and have them link my deed to my account...thanks so much

Thank you everyone, after spending about two hours online with customer service last night they finally connected them they had me linked to a different contract that I do not own, finally got it all straightened out this morning with a manager and paid my MF's for 2025

Glad you got that corrected @Sugarcubesea. We had errors on the trust title of our unit and it took about a month to get corrected. Now things seem to operate more smoothly. I hope you now have this behind you and can experience the same.

Than you, I'm so glad this is behind me, it was a almost free SDO bought off ebay from a seller I have done business with in the past and he showed me proof multiple times how he sent over the deed with my name on it to SDO title department and he even said that all of his from this meghouse Marriott has taken forever
