Purchased a Hyatt Kanapali floating week with 2025 usage-- info requested

I purchased a Hyatt Kanapali floating week and the seller has agreed to make a 2025 reservation for me.
My specific question is can anyone tell whether any July availability remains ?
My more general question is how does the reservation process on these floating weeks work ?

To reserve your unit you need to book a rear out. Since you missed that you would see July inventory 6 months prior so in Jan. I'm not sure how waitlisting works with a pending sale.

I was pretty sure that July was not going to happen but one can always hope

To reserve the floating week, the owner needs to call Hyatt and reserve the desired week. Don't go thru the Wait List process.
