does anyone have a current property map of Ko'Olina that they could email me? The one I found on the vacationclub website was very poor quality.

Thanks,

Mike

Thats great,

Thanks

Mike

We will be going to Ko Olina (for the 1st time) at the end of May  . We don't know anything really about the resort other than what we've read on TUG, so I have some questions now that I can see a property layout.

1. It appears there are two buildings, Kona and Moana. Where is current new construction taking place? (Where it is marked 'future development'?)
2. Is one building generally thought to be better than the other?
3. Given that the end of the Kona building appears to be facing the ocean, that implies (at least to me anyway) that between the two buildings only the Moana has true 'ocean' views, and that would be if you were high enough to see over the trees.

I guess I should open the map and Chris' (cp73) pictures at the same time and see if I can figure some of this out.

Thanks,

Steve

The third building (Nihai) sp? is next to the Kona tower marked "Future development" on the map. The Moana building is newer and even though it is set back, the upper floors have full ocean views. The end of the Kona building has the closest full on ocean view but they are usually the most difficult to reserve. We have stayed in the Moana building the last two years and loved it, but we found the Kona tower nice as well.
