Any idea of what is going on with RCI WEB site. When I try to go in I get a mostly blank page with just blact print saying Index of Indexes and one highlighted link that says Parent Directory. If you click on this link it just clocks and eventually times out.
It seems they take the site down at nite on Saturdays and many times it comes back up with problems next day. Whoever is doing their maintenance, they are paying way too much for it!!!

It's still messed up Ken. As with most RCI problems it should be fixed soon. Try again in 10 minutes. :)

Just tried to get in...same result, unfortunately.

Hi Phil, nice to hear from you. Thanks for the encouragement. Keep smiling

I just got on but couldn't by using my old bookmarked page under Favorites. Go to www.rci.com and sign in. Then create a new bookmark. Grrrrrrrrr! :(

gophish,

Our website has been experiencing a number of problems related to a transition to a new server. As of today I'm told most of these have been resolved. Let me know if you continue to see quirky things.

Site still showing invalid resort id

Using my Galleon summer float to search for a Galleon winter, I get the message that resort id 0902 is invalid.

This has been for a couple of days

thanks

Hi Madge,
Part of the problems are solved but I still cannot pull up a map to show the resort's location. I click on 'Map' and get an 'Internal Server Error'. There, I let you know. :)

Phil,

A few kinks are continuing to pop up. Our technical staff is working to get them all worked out.
