Looking for numbers/names and suggestions...

My wife and I have an expired gift certificate to Hyatt Hotels and Resorts.

We received it as a gift last time we were in Hawaii, but were not able to use it. We stuck it in our "next time we go" place and just noticed an expiration date on it. (In California gift certificates can not expire.)

I am working with the Hawaii Hyatt, but I am being forced to go higher and higher on their food chain, and am still having no luck.

I am looking for suggestions and to start a thread (hopefully ending w/ good news) about our dilemma.

They will extend it if you are a California resident. Or you can try using it in California.
