Private villas?

Is there a way to search for resorts in the caribbean with private villas? I don't care if it's all-inclusive or not. Thanks your help.

Most private villas are not part of a "resort", but are private vacation residences. Some are individual homes and some are condo-type apartments. Some are geared mostly to self-catering and some larger villas may come with staff (such as a maid, cook and/or butler). They can range from studio or 1-bedroom units to large, multi-bedroom homes.

In searching for vacation villas you want to normally search for "vacation rentals" rather than "hotels" or "resorts". Two of the bigger websites are VRBO (Vacation Rental by Owner) or FlipKey. Here are the links to get you started. You might start by putting in a particular island you are interested in, rather than just the overall Caribbean. You can also use the filters to focus in on the size of unit and type of amenities you are seeking. Good luck!

The villas at this resort look lovely. Right now in the II Getaways there are 2 and 3 bedroom villas available. You will have to fly into Trinidad first and then take a short flight over to Tobago.

Also look into Windjammer Landing Resort in St LuciaI think they have stand alone villas. It’s affiliated with RCI And II. And look into the villas in St John that are near the Westin property. I think some of them have their own pool.

Yes, there are private 3BR villas at the Westin St John, USVI, that have their own private patio and pool. EXTREMELY hard to get with trading company. Best way is to rent from an owner.

The La Toubana website shows that they offer suites, bungalows and villas. On RCI exchanges it says you will be in a 1 bedroom unit. I’m not sure what that unit will be like but you could call and ask. There is a beach and pool on site.
