Has anyone heard of Premier Rental solutions in Orlando Florida They say that they sell timeshare and use the same sales tactics as the resort . I know im not supposed to pay any up front fees and they asked me for my account and routing number to my bank account. They are charging a $2,500 up front fee, I said that I would not pay up front fees. Has anybody done business with them or heard of them? Thank you -John

As your inner voice is telling you, I'd run away.
And here's a good song to enjoy the run: Run, Run, Run Away.

It's fairly easy to rent your own timeshares...and there's a good Sticky at the top with helpful suggestions.

Good luck!

this is of course a scam....as is any outfit that contacts owners out of the blue with amazing offers similar to this.

their goal is to extract that fee from you and nothing more.

In timeshares, the word "solutions" always actually means PROBLEMS...

Just once, I'd like to witness a timeshare related entity with the the word "Solutions" in its' name which is not an upfront fee parasite / scammer of one sort or another.

After 35 years of association with timeshares, I'm still waiting...

John,
I hope you DID NOT give them your routing numbers for your bank account. You sound like you might have more silver and/or thinning hair ... giving them the routing numbers is like giving them the numbers on your ATM card .. except your ATM card might be able to get the transaction reversed. Routing numbers is "giving" them your permission to GRAB/steal/TAKE your money from your account.

If you did give them your number, call or go to your BANK now.

Florida is one state that comes down hard on unethical timeshare businesses. This one should be on the state's radar soon, if not already.

They have been in business for only 7 months based on when their website was created. Although they told you they sell using the same tactics as the developers, this is in their disclosures:

"If you are looking to PURCHASE, buy owner, a Vacation Property, Timeshare Interval, Short Term Rental or Fractional Ownership holding, at a discounted rate, without the high pressure sales pitch and from the coziness of your own home, please click here to search our available inventory and view detailed listings"

Further, they want your money to advertise your timeshare only. They do not sell anything but snake oil. From their disclosures:

"Premier Rental Solutions does not provide real estate services, Premier Rental Solutions, LLC has itself sold zero (0) timeshare Properties. "

The timeshares listed for sale, if they are even real ads, are for prices way over market value. How about $265,000 for a 2 BDM Bluegreen in Vegas?

Finally, they claim they advertise on "up to 50 Television Commercials a month on major networks (see logos on home page) that fit within our target demographic profile.". Has anyone EVER seen a timeshare advertising company on ANY network, much less a major network?

No I did not, thank you for the info I know now to be careful with that information

Premier rental solutions is a scam

They charged me $1700 to rent my timeshare, it never rented all they do is tell you lie after lie. They never got anything done. They have 2 different address's on their website, I don't even know if they're physically at any of them. A friend of mine at the court house looked up the owner Brandon Welsh and this guy had Burglary, resisting arrest and Drug charges. I wish I looked this company up before and it's owner. Stay away from this company at all costs.

Hi Gluna - Sorry you got scammed.

The rule of thumb with timeshare offers is: Never pay an upfront fee.

and as if anyone needed proof....

hopefully the folks above filed their complaint with the Florida AGs office and will recover some of their money

Two detectives with the Orlando Police Department, Hillary Gueldner and Michael Stevens, investigated the case for a year and found many of Welsh’s victims were elderly, Mason said in a statement.

so very happy to see that Det Stevens is still working timeshare fraud in orlando! he was a member here long ago!
