Pre-Transfer Owner Question on Maintenance

I'm in the 3rd day of transfer on WM 10K credit account I found through Timeshare Nation. Maintenance fees are listed at $125 monthly. This is higher than the $1189 yearly/$99.08 monthly that I see as current fees on 10K for 2025. Would this discrepancy possibly be due to Travelshare or some other Misc. charge?Are the 2025 fees I list basically correct?
This is a free 10K account with points available now and fees not starting until February 1, 2026. Do you pay for the year during that year, or the year before?
I do think this will work out.
