Is the Diamond lane form specific to WSJ or anywhere if it's a home resort reservation? We are going to Kauai and our TS stay starts on October 27 and I haven't heard a peep from the Sheraton Kauai resort. I just checked to make sure my stay was still on my account just in case something stupid happened. Everything looks good.

I'm not sure what Diamond Lane is, is that an old Starwood legacy ownership level or perk? From what I undertstand now, the Marriott and Vistana properties offer preferred check in to pre-selected guests. We don't really know the criteria used to select these guests and the preferred checkin is mainly just a ruse to get you to sign up for an owner update.

That said, when we checked in at Sheraton Kauai Resort, it was pretty quick and painless. You should have received some kind of pre-arrival email from the property.

The diamond lane form is something I receive from WSJ a month or so before check in.

I have received no communication from Sheraton Kauai resort. (I did see that check in is 3pm vs 4pm for most resorts, that's nice.)
