Posting images? - Not seeing Attach Files

I'm new to the group and am trying to post some "balcony" images. posted instructions, but those don't work for me. I can't drag/drop or copy/paste in an image in a posting, and I don't see the Attach Files button at the bottom of posting. In case it matters, I have checked on both Safari and Chrome on macOS Ventura (13.6).

Any suggestions?

likely cant post an attachment as your very first or 2nd post on the forum. will need to participate more in order to have those features enabled.
 
Thanks for the info. That's what I thought might be happening. Someone might want to add those details into the FAQ areas because I did not find that when looking.
