Polynesian Isles or Parkway International Resort for a rental stay?

I'm not personally familiar with either of these resorts and would love your opinion about which is better for 1 week stay. Looking for a escape from the hustle and bustle (hopefully), clean but not necessarily fancy, good pool(s), and easy access to WDW, etc. Is there a clear winner? TIA!
