I am a Club Wyndham select points owner. Is there a way to buy points, on a one time basis from other owners? I am not referring to buying their contract, only interested in buying points they are not using for the year, and transferring to my points balance for the year?

Many years ago. I purchased 10s of millions mostly from resale companies and pushed them forward every quarter.

No, unfortunately not. You can rent a reservation that someone else.

If you are booking short-term you can take advantage of purchasing from Wyndham (during the booking process):
* renting (within 90 days of checkin) $12/1000
* bonus time (with ion 14 days) $5/1000
Might be helpful/something to keep in mind.

“Any available vacation credits in an owner's account are eligible to be transferred to another owner account. The owner assigning credits must be current on all maintenance dues, loan payments, and reservation fees, as must the recipient of the credits. Credits from future anniversary years are not eligible for assignment. Per WorldMark, The Club Guidelines, all owners are limited to assigning twice their annual credit amount. This limit applies to credits received via assignment as well. A credit assignment is a one-time transfer of credits from one owner account to another, and does not constitute a permanent transfer of credit ownership. Housekeeping services are not eligible for assignment.”

That's not possible in Club Wyndham. Probably a good thing, honestly.
