Marriott Crystal Shores sold weeks. I don't think very many before the switch to points, but there are some weeks out there.

Pretty sure I have the price list at home, boy was it expensive with several weeks over $100K.

Isn't Ko Olina dually listed in AP as well?

At Egret as well as Osprey? I've never seen Standard View, Island View, or Pool Side for sale (but they could well be out there).

Much to my surprise, when I read through the AP Bali/Australia thread I discovered that Ko Olina, Waiohai, and Grand Chateau weeks are all in AP. But none of the three (obviously) are points only resorts.

AP owns a number of weeks at these three resorts, making them available for AP point reservations.

Yes this has a historical context with the Asia Pacific Points Programme launching in 2006, well before the Destination Club (Abound) Points Programme in 2010 and they really needed access to additional inventory to make it a more appealing sales proposition.
