what is the difference between an ocean view vs. an ocean front unit....i'm guessing a partial ocean view means you can only see the ocean from the balcony looking out sideways?

i printed out the building layout/site plan but can't tell which units are which since the higlighter someone used isn't very dark/clear.

is the difference between and ocean view and an ocean front worth it?....about 50% more money to me.

building/unit suggestions would be great.....going in july this year.

thanks for any help

Ocean front means that the view of the water is almost totally unobstructed and there will be no intervening buildings between the unit and the water. Some of the lower ocean front units might have some vegetation that partially obscures the ocean view. Also some corner units may have the corner of a building on one side, but the bulk of the view will be directly to the ocean front with no intervening rooftops.

Ocean view units will generally offer a general view of the water, but the view will be over the roofs of other buildings. The upper floor units of the buildings that are closer to the parking lot will generally be ocean view.

Partial ocean view means that there is a view of the water, but the view is between buildings and can be quite narrow. Garden view means that there is no view of the water.
