Hawaii - Waiohai, Waikoloa, KBC, and (I think...but it's been a while) MOC. Also I'm pretty sure Ko Olina took our trash...but I see that @Lakeshore posted a Ko Olina tidy charge notice.

Caribbean - WSJ, Frenchman's Cove, and St Kitts (though this might have been daily...we frequently put our Do Not Disturb sign out)

Daily - Boston, DC, SD, South Beach, RCC SF and St Thomas (and maybe St Kitts)

This posted sounds liked they were address only Marriott’s resorts. IMO

We were offered a free midweek tidy last month at Maui Ocean club but we had added 2 cash nights to the end of thestay so had 9 nights and I’m not sure if that had an effect. We declined so I don’t know what it would have included. Almost daily the housekeepers working the floor would ask if we needed anything when we walked by and towels were among the offering.

It was unclear since all the ones I mentioned are owned by MVW...and the Tidy's thread spoke of mid week tidys (or better) being unusual in timeshares in general. I could also have listed all the other timeshares in which we've stayed that offer mid week tidys (or better)...but they are not Marriotts.

OP is clearly looking for datapoints and our experience is that all (or nearly all) of the Marriott timeshares in which we have stayed offer mid-week or daily tidys. So our expectation (without knowing better) was that they all do.

There is certainly this other vacation experience that we enjoy where you are expected to bring linens, do your own laundry, and leave the place as you found it. But we've always thought "resorts" should offer more (e.g. MOC - "Our beachfront vacation ownership resort welcomes visitors...").

I don't think any of the HHI resorts offer any options mid week. I seem to recall that OP had a towel exchange option last time we were there but it's been a while.

I think towel exchange varies by resort. I don't really understand the need for towel exchange at most timeshares. At least when you have in room laundry. I recall years ago Ocean Pointe offering towel exchange when we were in a studio, but later they said they didn't offer it. Neither did Lakeshore Reserve. As for included mid-week tidy, it is more straight forward and can be summed up with;
  • Continental US MVC resorts properties don't have mid-week tidy.
  • City Collection (aka Pulse) have daily tidy/housekeeping.
  • Hawaii MVC properties do have mid-week tidy.
  • Caribbean MVC properties do have mid-week tidy.
  • European MVC resorts have daily tidy/housekeeping.
  • Asian MVC resorts have daily tidy/housekeeping.
  • Australia and Bali have daily tidy/housekeeping.
  • Westin and Sheraton Vacation Club has mid-week tidy.
I guess for some people, someone taking out the trash and making their bed once a week is important. For us, not so much. We just leave the DND sign on the door.

I don't know which resorts that don't offer complementary mid-week tidy, offer it instead with a fee. This was pretty standard pre-pandemic but not all resorts have returned to offering a fee based tidy or cleaning during a stay.

I would be more interested to know which resorts don't follow the above "rules" vs what the situation is on a resort by resort basis.

Yes, Bali MVC resorts also have daily tidy / housekeeping.

Yes I was referencing only MVC resorts though the principles would flow generically.

So to summarize it even more. Continental US MVC resorts have no complementary mid-week tidy, anything else has at least mid-week or daily.

Australia (Surfers Paradise) is daily. It's a few floors in the middle of a JW resort (and is very, very nice).

City Collection deserves it's own bullet. Boston, SD, DC, and South Beach are all daily (or at least were the last time we stayed). I would guess Waikiki, NYC, and SF as well...but we haven't stayed in them.

My experience at City Collection in DC and Waikiki is that you get daily housekeeping service that is more extensive than just a tidy. I'd call it a light clean. In Waikiki earlier this month, they made the bed, changed the towels, cleaned bathroom counters (and maybe shower/tub), emptied trashes, cleaned up kitchenette area, etc. They may have vacuumed too. I wouldn't characterize it as a tidy, I'd call it a traditional hotel-like housekeeping service.
