Just curious if there are any owners of this property. I am in the process of purchasing a 1 Br Phase 2 fixed week 34. What is your experience and are you happy with the property. Any info on the property or room type.

Of course that's what I am trying to do is research before I sign anything. When someone is trying to sell something they usually tend to not tell you everything.

Find out what the transfer costs will be, if I remember correctly the transfer fee is expensive. But I could be wrong.
