Anyone use this web site? I have used them a handful of times and would definitely recommend them. They ship a box of fresh ingredients to make a meal and you cook it yourself. It's a little on the expensive side (about $11 per serving), but it's typically something that is worth the trouble.

It might be worth trying on vacation if the resort would accept delivery. I would think they would do that.

We have used Blue Apron!
 
My daughter loves Blue Apron, I used it a few times and stopped. She loves to prepare meals. Works for her and her husband.
 
Also, they have been good about replacement if something is missing and let you change entrees if you don't want something you can change as long as you do it before they put the order together.
 
I just received my first Blue Apron shipment and am looking forward to fixing my first meal tonight. Glad to hear others have had good experiences with them.
 
I like the Blue Apron site. I would like to try it. I like that they list the ingredients and show you how to prepare the meal. I might even buy my own ingredients and use their recipes. The Pan-Roast Salmon with Spicy Miso Broth & Wakame looks delicious.
 
Blue Apron looked interesting to me too but they don't deliver to my area. Plated does provide a nice glossy recipe card to keep for future reference and it does list the ingredients too. We've got three different meals (6 servings) coming tomorrow and we're planning on making the cook and prep a group project. It's actually a neat activity.

I sure would like to try Blue apron to compare the two though. Also, with Plated - two servings is actually three servings in reality.

That's certainly not something you see very often. After consuming a 'package' of something by myself I'm often disturbed to read that it 'serves two'.
