Plantation House Captiva Island

I called HGVC today and was lucky enough to get a reservation at Plantation House next July. I am soooo excited. The resort review is really old. Has anyone been there this past year? Do all the villas have an ocean view? Is there a pool close? Is there a BBQ area? Any information would be really helpful! THANKS!

I haven't stayed there, but have been by it a number of times.
Plantation House is in South Seas Plantation, on the bay side. So no gulf views. But it appears most if not all units have a good bay view. The resort is also next to the main pool complex.
There is also Plantation Beach Club on SSP.
