In the most recent Pinon Pointe newsletter, the board president wrote:
Has anyone heard how this compensation might impact/offset our yearly maintenance fees?
Thanks!

In the most recent Pinon Pointe newsletter, the board president wrote:
Due to a dramatic increase in tourist traffic, with more than 3.5 million visitors annually, the City of Sedona embarked on a Transportation Master Plan, known as Sedona in Motion. As I have communicated in my previous President’s letters, the City embarked on a plan to extend Forest Road behind our property through the Coconino National Forest and connect it to State Route 89A. Your Board sought and received compensation from the City for the common areas of our property as well as the negative impacts on the value of our property.
Has anyone heard how this compensation might impact/offset our yearly maintenance fees?
Thanks!
