We just got our Oct. Pinon Pointe week and it was for 1975 allocated points instead of 2000. Anyone have any idea what that is about? We will call tomorrow when they open to check. Wondering if we got devalued or it is an error

Weird. If your plan is to go on a spending spree, I'd do so anyway -- and wait for HRC to drop the final 25 points into your account. A good year is when all my points are spent 15 minutes after I get them.

We haven’t received our points for our late October week yet, but I will keep an eye open for that.

Best regards.

Mike

Interested to hear the explanation for this.

In Jan we borrowed 25 pts to stay in Kaanapali when a week opened last minute. We prepayed for our late Jan Beach House week to access those 25 pts. Supposedly they never took them? They could be correct but since then we have had a June Pinon Poi te week come live which we still have half a bucket of points left in. We just now paid for our October Pinion Pointe week and they took the 25 points from that. We have a review going now as we don't want to take points from our new week when we still have Points from our June week. So not a huge deal but the moral is keep a close eye on your points , especially if you borrow. I assumed that we would be borrowing from the week we prepayed for , our Jan week. It actually may not be a big deal as we would use all our points if our Ka'anapali summer wait list comes in, big if, fingers crossed.
