Hi Everyone! First time poster and am hoping to be pointed in the right direction. We bought the smallest direct contract we could and are now hoping to add on via resale. I submitted an offer on a contract at Pinnacle, but I don’t have any idea what happens next. Pay deposit? Pay in full once there’s a contract? Can it be written up so that I can add this contract to my current membership?

I’m sorry if these answers are readily available and I’m just looking in the wrong place! Happy to be redirected. Thank you so much!

How did the Pinnacle purchase go? Bought my resales on eBay. I believe that you will wind up with a separate contract. It will fall under the same account on bluegreenowner.com, but if you want to sell it later or add another owner, each contract has to be handled separately.
