Since we don’t include Hyatt on the ROFR spreadsheet, I just wanted pass along my recent purchase details that may be helpful to others. I bought a 2/2 unit, Platinum (2,000 points) deeded week 40 for $6,100 on eBay. Just received notice that Hyatt elected not to exercise their ROFR on the unit. First year of use is 2024 and primary reason was to pick-up points for trading purposes.
 
Based on our experience of buying Platinum units at Sedona you got a very good price. Congratulations!
