Snow is possible that time of the year depending on the current Weather system passing thru the area.

I'm going to be in Oregon (coast) in April will the sun be shining or will it rain every day?

Flagstaff, AZ in March

I don't know where that is in relation to Flagstaff, but in 2005 we were there in March. Some days it was in the 50's with just a jacket or heavy sweatshirt . . . and on one morning we got about 2-3" of snow (which melted by the next morning). On the San Francisco mountain range, there was snow throughout our stay, as they had a nice winter for snow leaving a solid snow cap base. They expected to be skiing until April up there at the Bowl.

Flagstaff is at 7000 FT elevation and Pinetop at 7200 Ft

We were at Pinetop in March, 2006. A few days after the big Arizona snowstorm that dumped three feet in some areas. There was a lot of snow on the ground at Pinetop. We've also been there other years in March when there was no snow to be seen so that part is unpredictable.

Termperatures will be cool to cold, you will need a jacket, maybe a heavy coat.
