Pines at Meadow Ridge (Fraser, CO) - near Winter Park
2 BD, sleeps six
Fixed Week 37
RCI PFD is approx 38,000 points; RCI Weeks Max Trading Power - 21
2025 Maintenance fees paid - $420

This is great value for the money. Lowest MF's for Pines at Meadow Ridge - only $420 per year.
Good RCI trading power and great if you do a points for deposit.
I have deposited this week in RCI (2025), so usage will be starting 2026.

However, I do have 2024 and 2025 already deposited with RCI. From what I understand, it is possible to transfer these weeks to another's existing account. So I will throw these deposits in along with the owner transfer (assuming it's still allowed).

I will pay transfer fees, so there is no upfront costs to the new owner.
