PAL is a great trader if you reserve a high season week. I think all ownerships float 1-52.
 
I saw a bunch of these online for a tax auction a few months ago. Hard to travel to the court house.........
 
Anybody know what size units these are? How much they'd go for on the open market?

I'd have to take off work to go to the auction. I wonder if the auction prices would make this "wow, incredible buys, gotta go", or "pretty good, but you can do it on eBay, so why bother?".

Interesting that, for inquiries, they give an LA area code. There's an office of Stewart Title in Monterey; but I guess only the LA office has the information?
