Phoenix Area - Best weeks book to rent?

My parents have a timeshare in Scottsdale that I going to start booking (floating) so that I can rent it for them. They have a very good priority on obtaining weeks at their hotel. I know there is spring training and the annual horseshow. If you know what weeks are the best to book, I would appreciate your feedback and messages.
