I thinking of buying into Perennial so I will have access to Bandera Homestead in Bandera Texas. Can anyone tell me about Perennial, maintenance fees steady, do they keep up their properties, etc. Also, has anyone been to Bandera lately with an update on units, etc.

I bought

I am the guy that asked the questions on the link provided by the previous poster. I bought without seeing the units, but went to the units in Tahoe this weekend. They were nice, they were not GC or 5 star, but the TS is not rated as such. I have never been to the units in Texas.

The annual fees have gone up a bit over the last couple of years, but I know only from asking. Everytime I talk to them they have been SUPER friendly.

If you buy, buy resale. The person from whom I bought mine was trying to sell a second accrual account. If you are insterested I still have his e-mail and can see if he still has it for sale. last I saw he was listing on Craigslist, not on e-bay. If you want me to check just post an answer, or send me a PM.

Good luck

Although I have never stayed at their resorts, I have delt with their management regarding transfering of memberships & they are very responsive & efficient. Getting reservations at their resorts is also simple.
