peppertree ocean club or peppertree by the sea?

Young couple - honeymoon which would they find nicer? Never been to either Thanks for any help you can offer
 
I own points in Equivest Vacation and Travel Club, which has intervals in both resorts. I stayed at By the Sea a couple of years ago. It appears to be a converted motel/hotel. The bedroom was small, with the bed taking up most of the space in the room. The unit had been refurbished. Ocean Club is just north of By the Sea. It looks like it would be nicer, but I haven't seen any of the rooms. It is a larger resort.
