Does anyone know if they have a cell phone waiting area where you can park for free and wait for your passenger to call you to pick them up
E-mailed the airport but haven't got a reply

I Googled. Doesn't look like they do. The website for the airport shows all of the parking options and a cell lot is not one of them.

It's not a very big airport. You can probably hang out in the parking lot of one of the nearby hotels (Hyatt Place or Hampton Inn) or at Cordova Mall (less than 3/4 mile away) and be in/out faster than it would take to do so from a cell phone lot at most major airports.
