Hello Everyone,

I've just posted a listing, I am offering 5440 points free to existing TUG members. I will pay for all costs utilizing LT Transfers.
Zero cost to the new owner for the entire transfer.

Vegas BLVD 1 Bedroom Gold 5440 Every Year.

The new owner will be responsible for maintenance to be paid by January 1, 2025.
Points start 2025.

We are reducing the number of units we have across various systems, and this is the one unit on the HGVC side that I truly no longer need.

I picked up one like this from Timeshare Nation. I have enough points now, so I'll pass, but this okay to pick up, and probably won't last long.

I have fixed the MF entry as I was too quick to cut and paste an improper amount. $ 761.46 is correct however does not include the $209 Club dues if you only own a single unit.

I will pay all fees to transfer the unit to an owner's account.
I am not paying the MF fees, which have yet to be released and are due at the end of this year.
I will also not pay the unit activation fee, but I will add that I did not pay this fee when adding units to my existing account.
I will research this topic or others; please chime in.

Thanks to encouragement from @alwaysonvac and finally getting a response from Hilton, this property is returning to Hilton via a "Warranty Deed Surrender."

A few notes: I first used the words/phrase' Deed Back' and was told directly by Hilton to use the words "Warranty Deed" / "Warranty Deed Surrender."

The Portfolio Team will send you the HARDSHIP form; you MUST complete this form and simply note that the questions are "N/A" or what I used in some cases, "N/A - Unit is fully Paid, wish to Surrender Warranty Deed."

When all is fully complete, I will update everyone on the full time line.

Thanks to everyone who showed interest. I was so happy to finally hear back from Hilton in this manner, I am sure everyone understands.
