Giving away a Sheraton Vistana Villages Key West. This is a 2 bedroom standard(not a lock off) in Prime Season.

This unit allows for wither 81K Staroptions every year or 2725 Marriott abound points

Unit is Free and Transfer will be done through LT Transfers or other similar Closing COmpany.

Buyer to Pay Closing Costs and reimburse 2024 MF (all points available for 2024)

I will retain 2024 reservation in abound hat was made utilizing 2023 points.

Just to clarify, it won't be eligible for the 2,725 Abound Club Points as anything after August 2022 isn't eligible without an additional retail purchase. I am not sure how an Abound Club Point reservation would be handled if this is purchased by someone who isn't already an Abound member.

Curious why you are giving this away when it can easily be sold for a thousand or two?
