FREE!!!! Fixed deeded week at Hyatt/Welk Resort Villas, Escondido CA. This is a two bedroom, two bathroom upper unit (unit 176). It is fixed week 11 (mid March with a Saturday check-in). Your usage starts in 2025. This is an annual unit which automatically reserves for the next two years. The next reserved dates are March 15-22, 2025 and March 14-21, 2026. If those date do not work for you, an internal exchange can be made at the resort for alternate dates ($99 fee). This unit has excellent trading power with both RCI or II. Current annual fees are $1258/year plus approx. $50/year to County of San Diego for property taxes. We will pay the transfer costs for the title and Hyatt/Welk. You can just start planning your trip for 2025. The 2025 maintenance fee will be due December 2024. We are selling because we no longer use it. We have owned and loved it since 1987.
