Does anyone want my Grand Pacific Palisades Timeshare in Carlsbad, CA?

Just pay $450 transfer fee for the following:

>>3 Bedroom, 2 Bath (1500 sq ft) with Ocean View

>>1 Week Usage Per Year (float season weeks 1-25 and 36-52)

>>$1944.52 Yearly Dues (Can be split into monthly payments)

This has been a great timeshare for us since it is right next to Legoland. Our kids are grown now and we have some life changes that keep us from traveling without our dogs so we need to let go of this since it’s not pet friendly.
