PBR Image? Under Disk Clean Drive Selection Icon

This just pop up on my spouse computer under her Disk Clean Icon Drive Selection. What does it mean and is it dangerous?
I ran a virus scan on her computer and this PBR image disappeared.

Do you have a Dell computer? The PBR image is a partition that can be used to restore the O/S and vendor provided programs. It is usually hidden. I'm not sure why it suddenly appeared and then disappeared.
