Payless car rental is about $100 cheaper than the nearest competior for the SNA airport site has anyone rented from them? I never used Payless before and wonder why they are so much cheaper.

Just guessing that they don't have a place in the parking garage next to the airport.
All the other car rental places have their cars in the 1st floor of the parking garage at the airport. This makes getting your car at SNA airport so much easier than LAX where are the car places are a long shuttle ride away.
