Are the guests of an owner still able to park tor free (one car max) at Timber Lodge?

I understand it as, if it is a timeshare based stay then parking is complementary. An exception to this is apparently Grande Residence Club Lake Tahoe where they only charge the parking fee to guests of an owner. Wierd.

I haven’t seen this happen yet at Grand Residence. Hoping they back down.

We were at the Timberlodge 2 weeks ago and staying on an ii Exchange. When we check out, we always get a copy of our Folio just to make sure that there are no bogus charges and also proof in case we don't get Bonvoy credit for the night's stay.

Well, when we looked at the Folio, we saw that there was a charge for a "second car". We only had one car and parking was free for that one. They only gave us one parking pass but attempted to charge us for a second car. Innocent mistake on their part?? ah... maybe. I'm glad that we checked the folio before checking out. Otherwise we would have had to deal with getting the charge reversed when we got the CC bill.

My advice is for people to always check their bill before check-out
