Upon checking in to the Eagles Nest I was surpised to find out that they are charging $12/ day for parking for a second car. Used to be overflow parking was at the Charter Club, but was told NO now. Also used to be able to have visitors come during the day and park with no problem. Now, was told I am allowed ONE 4 hour parking pass per day. This is a problem for me since we have lots of family on Marco and planned on hosting Christmas dinner at the Eagles Nest. The other HGVC resorts on Marco have free parking for the second car and no problem with visitors as long as they are not parked overnight.

We have free parking at Club Regency, but only for a few guest cars. I guess your guests could park at Marco Walk or the Marriott and walk to Eagles Nest. Or send someone to pick them up. Or, see what they can do next door at the Ocean Resort with their fancy, schmancy valet parking!

We just got back from a week at Eagles Nest Sunday. The problem is that there is not enough parking period. There used to be handicap parking in front, but the Fire Marshall made them take that out. Along the North side of the building, there are trailers and construction equipment that is also taking up valuable parking spaces.

I think that they may have to remove/replace at least one of the tennis courts, since parking is lacking.

Other than that and not being very ADA friendly/compliant, it was a nice resort.
