Hi @ValHam,

I‘ve never been to the resort but this is the info from the Interval website:

It has been a while since we have been there, but there are several pretty good places to eat in the Paradise Village Mall. It has a decent grocery store too. It is about a mile to Fajita Republic from there. The 3 or 4 resorts closest to it are AI, so no luck with restaurants there. You can take a taxi to Bucerias and there are a lot of restaurants there.

What restaurants are near?

Paradise Village is on the north side if Nuevo Vallara Marina. There some restaurants and a grocery store in the Paradise Village Mall. There is also a weekly market in the parking lot - and there are a number of food vendor stalls including some that have tables near by for immediate outdoor sit down lunch.

The other side of the Marina has a number of restaurants. They are near the OXXO. There is a Saturday weekly market in the Park behind the OXXO. This is all less than 100 yards from the Mayan Sea Garden and Villa Varadero
TS locations.

It is a long walk from one side to the other due to the Marina . However there is an easy transportation solution.
The Collectivo Van System that bring workers to all the resorts. Most of the Collectivos run clockwise / one runs counter clockwise. This allows anyone to get to the other side of the marina quickly and inexpensively.

We were told how this works - while waiting for the free bus that runs about every half hour . it is a nice sightseeing
ride - but the Collectivos run about every 5 minutes.

You just have to ask someone which Collectivos to take - depending on which direction you are going .

Hi @ValHam
Two well known restaurants on the south NV Marina side are:

1 ) Eddie's Place Nopal Beach -it has a very nice outdoor eating area.
we ate there in Feb. 2016 & it was cash only at that time

2) Porto Bello - there is a large deck area.
We did get takeout pizza from their PortoPizza side .

There are others options in the area
We were staying at the Mayan Sea Garden which was walking distance.

Though I have never taken it, there is also a water taxi that takes you from the marina (near Eddie's Place) to Paradise Village.

Any news about PV as thinking of coming this winter but…..,,

I'm in Puerto Vallarta now. Very few people wearing masks. Half of those that are, aren't wearing them properly. They JUST came out of a third wave - i see a fourth in their near future. Glad I have both my vaccinations.

I am at Paradise Village now. I feel safe. I am just going to be careful and I have had 3 vaccines. It is so nice here. I hope to stay 2 months.

ask at the pool etc - what people have found easy to do & visit locally this Fall.
-that should help you , and perhaps you can post anything interesting.

I read that PV area Covid numbers are trending down & vaccination rates are way up
October 30 - Vallarta Daily

Enjoy the nice PV weather.

Internet is free for such things as email, no streaming but they have a fee internet option also.
Maid is at no cost but of course, it is assumed you will tip. I do that daily as opposed to weekly.

Some restaurants are on-site as well as at paradise Village mall. The Fajita Republic and other side of Marina but that requires a taxi. Plenty of close options available.
We returned from there mid October. Mask use is not great, but all staff at the resort wear masks.
We cooked our meals in, with a few quick takeouts from Paradise Village mall.

I am working on a review and will post it soon when finished.
