Paradise Timeshare Resale Any Good?

Just did a search for them and came across three companies using that name.
Any idea which they are?

If you are interested in buying, as long as you get a real closing company and a real escrow buying from almost any TS reseller is fine.
The key is about selling your TS. Many resale TS companies, charge a significant up front fee to list your TS, then do little more than post the listing on their website. Stay away from these guys. Be sure to read the how to sell your TS thread link

You need to tell what area you are talking about!
Only one I know about is the one in Lake Tahoe and they have even been recommended my my own resort who also has a resales dept.
This one handles Lake Tahoe area and a few in Hawaii. They have no upfront charges but do take $1500-$2000 at sale depending on your asking price. They require you to sign a one year contract and even if you sold it yourself during that time you would still owe them half their commission.
This Paradise resales seems to move a lot of timeshares in Lake Tahoe area but of coarse Lake Tahoe is a great vacation area.
You do need to be careful because the Paradise name is used by a few different companies.
