Palace Resorts Resale a good idea?

Curious if anyone had bought palace resorts RTU membership to trade in RCI or II. I like the fact that these RTU contracts are typically “no use no pay” so theoretically you could use them to get access to RCI or II without annual MF if you just want getaways. But if you want to trade, you can pay and deposit a week but curious if anyone can share their trading experience and is it worth to deposit and trade. Thanks.
