We have owned at Palace for many years...back when the brothers were together and when Aventura had all those huts - before the hurricane came in, and only 2 lanes to Tulum. We love it and I believe worth every penny! I DO NOT believe it is holiday unless everything is taken care of. (Too many years on a low budget vacation). Transfers, checking in, spa credits, lovely dining and even fast food...all at your finger tips. Our problem is airline flight schedules. Getting in/out of Traverse City Michigan takes some work. All Palace Resorts are FABULOUS...depending on what YOU want for your holiday. We love the all adult - especially when traveling during spring break. Moon Grand, Sun, LeBlanc, Jamaica.....want to get to Punta Cana and also new LeBlanc in the Baja. You just cannot go wrong. We purchased directly with Palace at the Resorts we were at and found them all fare to deal with. We do not play the "BLAME GAME"...though other purchases have not been in our favor....Palace Resorts has been a BONUS purchase for us! We love it there!!!!!!
