Don't need another HI timeshare, or I'd snatch it up. The seller is paying closing costs, so just end bid price and 2010 fees. It ends soon. I hope a Tugger looking for a HI bargain gets it.

Odd wording

In the main ad line it says "Free Closing. Charity pays all closing costs. Buyer only pays high bid or 2010 maintenance fees!!", but down in the ad it doesn't indicate they are paid by the seller. Do you think s/he could get this place for only a buck with no other cost?

Well it states that use begins in 2010, so I assumed that it would be $1 Plus the 2010 maintenance fees since buyer gets use for 2010. "or" is weird wording. It does show the seller paid closing, transfer, etc. So I'd guess someone got this for $1 and paid for this year's maintenance.
