Pahio at Ka Eo Kai

Does anyone have a direct contact number for the Pahio desk at Ka Eo Kai - or know if it's even still there?? It's been a couple of years since we've been to Kauai but Pahio owner services used to share an office onsite with Wyndham RCI. I've called and spoken to Pahio reps in the past, now however every number I find goes straight to Wyndham.

We’re PAHIO owners at Shearwater and Kauai Beach Villas but not Ka Eo Kai. Wyndham owns PAHIO. So, whatever phone number they provide should be sufficient. Particularly for VIP services. If your ownership was never converted to Wyndham points, then they should still recognize your earlier reservation request rights. It still works for us. Are you having a problem?

From Dec 2025: Concierge Desk at Wyndham Ka 'Eo Kai 808-826-8165 ... they cover Wyndham Shearwater as well. All timeshare tours are at Wyndham Bali Hai. They also have a resident RCI representative at Ka 'Eo Kai so ask for their number.

Thank you very much! I knew Wyndham has managed Ka Eo Kai for years, but did not realize Wyndham outright owns Pahio. Which explains why all phones lead to Wyndham in one form (Wyndham RCI, Wyndham Pahio) or another. Francine

Thank you. I called the number you provided The man who answered was very helpful! He said there is still a pahio ownership separate from Wyndham (which is what the Pahio owners rep at Ka Eo Kai told me ~8 yrs ago). He said the phone for Original Pahio Ownership (that according to him has nothing to do with Wyndham) is 866 523-8477 option #1, M-F. I'll try them this coming week and report back - in case anyone else is interested - to see if it's true.

Hmm... I just called the supposedly direct to Pahio Owner line 866 523-8477 and it went directly to a Wyndham recorded message saying offices are open M-F. So not sure why the rep at Shearwater said it was a direct line to Pahio with no connection to Wyndham. Shrug! It seems there is no 'direct to Pahio phone line' after all??? I'll call again when offices are open next week and see if that ph number works for connecting to a Pahio Owner rep.

Many years ago I purchased a Pahio fixsed week, converted to points and it reverted when it transferred. From my notes, it took me 3 months, many emails and many phone calls where they kept pointing me to 866-523-8477. This is the last phone number in my notes "808-826-2800 #5 bali hai villa marketing" . I'm did end up talking to someone and was successful.
