Owning multiple weeks at the same resort in II and unable to distinguish one from another is something that should be changed

I am trying to get II to add specific week # and unit # or contract number to my Marriott and Vistana weeks. This may seem like a small problem to some, but to me it's a big problem.

My weeks are all listed as identical in II. I am talking about Sheraton Broadway (we own a LOT of these) and Sheraton Desert Oasis (just a few of these) with Vistana, and of course Marriott's Shadow Ridge and Willow Ridge. I still own two Willow Ridge (selling some), and I own three Shadow Ridge that are all platinum. I cannot tell one from another. Depositing these is a pain.

With fixed and floating generic weeks, I have specific information on my week to deposit the week, so I know exactly what I am depositing.

It seems like an easy thing for II to do because I have to tell them unit # and week # when I add weeks to my account. Why can't they add that info to every week I have registered?

Am I the only one who is struggling with this.

And my last three Sheraton Broadway Resort purchased weeks have to have separate logins with Vistana. So I now have to log into four separate accounts to see all of our weeks. Geesh. Vistana is a mess, but at least they fixed the ARDA contribution to make it actually voluntary.

Intriguing, not an issue I have direct experience of. Does II care which placeholder for a given resort and unit size that you assign a specific reservation to? For my II account the placeholders don't differentiate by season, just by unit size, year and resort.
Once you have assigned a reservation to a placeholder in II and got an exchange # you can use that in your tracker to cross reference to the week and unit #.
