Orlando Resort with Lazy River

Greetings All,

I am looking for a resort with a Lazy River in Orlando for this upcoming week. I am aware of the Holiday Inn River Island resort which would be ideal if available alas it seems limited. As such I am searching our recommendations for other resorts in the Orlando area that have nice Lazy Rivers (this makes the wife happy, and thus me happy) and would love any insight anyone has into other such resorts so I can expand my search.

Orange Lake has available unit’s, anywhere you stay at the resort you have access to River Island. We are going to the resort at the end of August and will go over to River Island.

How difficult is getting back to the River Island area? I have someone who could not walk long distances and that is a concern. I did see that Orange Lake did have units in the other villages, was just trying to get close to the desired location to keep everyone happy if possible.

There is a shuttle bus ( check to see if it’s running?) or you can drive over and park. Short walk from parking lot. There are tables all around the Lazy River. There may be new regulations for social distancing I would call the resort and ask or go to website .

Our granddaughters loved the lazy river at Fantasy World Resort (Kissimmee FL) when we were there last January.

They also couldn't get enough of the two -- 2 -- gigantic water slides.

The regular pool was very much to their liking also.
