Hi Chris, I have a 1BR at Summer Bay Resort for Dec 30-Jan 6. for $609 or a 2 BR for $909. It is a 3 BR lockoff.
1 BR

• 1 Queen bed and 1 sofa sleeper
• Full kitchen
• Washer and Dryer
• Flat Screen TV

The section I own at are 2 story buildings and there are stairs to access the unit. The 2BR would have a balcony but the 1 BR would not.
